1. Prepare an initial site layout and submit a fromal pre application enquiry to the relevant local planning authority. |

2. Identify the key planning issues and any Section 106 planning gain requiremnets the planning authority may have. |

|
|
3. Receive initial comments from the planning authority and revise the scheme accordingly. |
|
|
|
4. Prepare and submit a full or outline planning application to the planning authority together with all associated consultant reports the authority may require. |
|
|
|
5. Fully coordinate all consultants involved in the preparation and submission of the application. |
|
|
|
6. Monitor and coordinate the progress of the application through to its determination. |
|
1. Prepare an assessment of all the key technical issues affecting the site. |
|
|
|
2. Instruct and coordinate all specialist consultants whose input is required to resolve those technical issues. |
