Neil Manock qualified from Manchester University in 1985 with an honours degree in Town and Country Planning. He became a Development Planner at Conran Roche, a renowned planning and architectural practice where he gained valuable experience in all aspects of planning, development and urban regeneration. |

From there he moved into the house building sector and worked for several major developers, identifying appraising and negotiating the purchase of residential land. This culminated in his appointment as Land Director at Crest Homes in Harrogate in 1995. |

Neil Manock Land & Property ( to become known as Bridge View Developments Ltd) was established in 1998 to provide a full range of residential consultancy services to a wide variety of clients. On the back of initial success Bridge View Developments expanded operations to set up a residential development operation to include land assembly, acquisition and joint venture housebuilding. |
